These terms cover your use of bindr, the inventory system built for card dealers, at bindr.io. By making an account or using bindr you agree to them. If you use bindr for a shop, you agree for the shop too.

Your account

bindr is in beta and we let shops in by hand. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us at hello@bindr.io if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens on your account and for the people you add to your shop.

Your data is yours

Your inventory, costs, sales and books belong to you. We use them to run bindr for you. We may use them in aggregate, with your shop never named, to improve values, grading estimates and the catalog. You can export your data and ask us to delete your account at any time. How we handle it is in the privacy policy.

Values and estimates

Card values, grading estimates, profit figures and anything else bindr calculates are estimates made from market data. They are not an appraisal, a guarantee of a sale price, or financial, tax or accounting advice. Check anything important before you rely on it, and have your accountant review your books.

Paying

Paid plans are billed ahead, monthly or yearly, through our payment provider. We never take a cut of your sales. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We don’t refund partial periods unless the law requires it. If we change a price, we’ll tell you before it applies to you.

Fair use

Don’t use bindr to break the law, to list cards you know are fake or not yours, to scrape or resell our data, or to get into accounts or systems that aren’t yours. Anything you post where other dealers can see it, such as your profile or a shared P&L, must be yours to post. We can remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Availability

bindr is a beta and it changes often. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we provide it as is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or in bindr before the change takes effect. Questions go to hello@bindr.io.
