What bindr collects, why, and who it goes to. The short version: we collect what it takes to run your shop on bindr, we never sell it, and you can take it with you or have it deleted.

What we collect

  • Account: your email, your username, and the profile details you choose to add.
  • Your shop: the inventory, costs, sales, grading submissions, cert numbers and files you import or enter.
  • Applications: the email and answers you send when you apply.
  • Usage: the pages you visit, the actions you take in bindr (what you saved, imported or changed, whether it worked and how long it took, never what you typed), errors you run into, the site that sent you, a random visitor id kept in your browser, and your country. When you’re signed in, this is tied to your account so we can fix what goes wrong for you and make bindr better. We don’t store your IP address for this.

How we use it

To run bindr for you: match your cards to the catalog, value them, estimate grading, keep your books, and email you about your account. We may use data from all shops in aggregate, with no shop named, to improve values and estimates. We don’t sell your data and we don’t show you ads inside bindr.

Who helps us run it

  • Supabase, for the database and sign-in.
  • Vercel, which hosts the site.
  • Our payment provider, which handles billing. We never see your full card number.
  • Resend, which sends our email.
  • Anthropic, whose AI reads the spreadsheets you import so we can find the cards in them.
  • Meta, whose pixel measures our ads on the public pages only, never inside your shop.

Each one gets only what it needs for its job.

What other people see

Your shop is private to you and the people you add to it. Your public profile, and anything you choose to share, like a P&L card, can be seen by anyone with the link.

Your choices

You can export your inventory and transactions from bindr any time. To correct your data, ask for anything else, or delete your account, write to hello@bindr.io. We delete what we hold within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or in bindr first.
